You know there’s something in you that’s aching for the expansiveness and spaciousness. It’s creative, intuitive, and loud in subtle ways.
But it doesn’t always feel easy to live inside it.
You pick up on everything. People’s moods, shifts in energy, the smallest changes in a room. And sometimes that becomes overwhelm. Or shutdown. Or just feeling like you’re “too much” and then pulling yourself back in.
Or you have a ton of ideas and vision, but it’s hard to actually land them anywhere. They stay in your head, or feel hard to organize into something real.
Either way, there’s usually this thread:
why does my system feel like this, and what am I supposed to do with it?
This space is about slowing that down and actually understanding it through a nervous system + sensory lens, instead of pushing past and trying to override it.
For the sensitive, weird, creative ones who know they’re meant for more
If this is you, babe.. it’s time for the
Your inner weirdo called, she said she misses you.
You grew up fast, and the seriousness of healing became your focus. But you’re feeling the pull and know it’s time to build.
Time for connection.
Time for trusting your gut.
Every highly sensitive nervous system carries its own distinct pattern of perception.
It’s why busy, loud environments can feel instantly overwhelming, why certain textures can feel intolerable on your skin, and why you may notice emotional shifts in others long before they’re spoken. It can also look like deep hyper-focus—so immersive that basic needs like eating or pausing get pushed aside.
What I’ve observed in my own sensory system, and in the hundreds of neurodivergent individuals I’ve supported as an occupational therapist, is how often people learn to adapt to environments that were never actually designed for them.
Over time, those adaptations turn into invisible rules—what to hide, how to behave, when to override your own signals in order to belong.
Maybe you were called “too much” or “too sensitive” early on, and something in you started to contract. Maybe you learned how to perform socially while still feeling fundamentally unseen. And without realizing it, shame began to shape the way you move through the world.
This work is about gently unwinding that and helping you return to a way of being that feels more spacious, regulated, and honest to how your system actually works.
For sensitive nervous systems learning to soften shame and come back into trust with their own signals.

The Space Between Versions: A 30-Day Guided Workbook for Women in Seasons of Change
There are moments in life when the version of you that carried you this far no longer fits.
You are finding you have subtly (or not so subtly) grown beyond the roles, expectations, identities, and ways of being that once felt essential to survival.
The Space Between Versions was created for women navigating the often-unseen transition between who they have been and who they are becoming.
Through 30 days of guided reflection, you'll explore the beliefs, patterns, expectations, and inherited narratives that have shaped your identity, while creating space to reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been waiting beneath the noise.
Inside you'll explore:
• The roles and identities you've outgrown
• Where performance, perfectionism, and people-pleasing may be shaping your choices
• Your relationship with worthiness, success, rest, and belonging
• The expectations you've inherited from family, culture, and past versions of yourself
• The desires, values, and truths asking for more space in your life
• What it means to trust yourself again
This workbook is for you if:
• You feel like you're in a season of transition and can't quite put words to it
• You've accomplished things that once mattered, but find yourself wanting something deeper

It is a time for remembering what was always there and having the courage to let it take up space.
I created this workbook out of inspiration from thoughts and questions that have guided my own life journey.
Growing up in shame around my sensitivities, challenges around feeling confident in my sense of identity and sense of self-worth, experiencing burn-out upon burn-out, and immense dissociation from my body, I ultimately knew that path I was living needed different direction.
I lived in such a heady space, constantly unaware and overriding my own body’s needs and yes’s and no’s.
While I am a now a firm believer and advocate that life is not designed to be travelled alone, I also understand that you may not feel ready to work with a guide (or are working with a guide but craving extra independent support).
The Space Between Versions is the meeting place to serve you here. Wherever you are in your life journey.
It’s the space between knowing you are no longer the identities you once held and knowing you’re made for more.
It’s the space between knowing the patterns that have served to protect you are no longer the patterns you wish to carry moving forward.
It’s the space in knowing you have agency over your life, and no person can care your mind & body better than you.
